The FrameShift Group team brings decades of experience and expertise working with early childhood, early intervention, health, and family support systems. Team members have also worked with, and for, many organizations that make up the current State Partners Group. We have worked collaboratively over time with state agencies that will constitute, influence and impact the Comprehensive System, including First Things First, AHCCCS, the Departments of Health Services, Economic Security (AzEIP, DDD), Child Safety, (CMDP), Education (Early Childhood and Health divisions), to inform and shape programs and public policy. In addition to a long history of work on state-level early childhood initiatives, the FrameShift Group team brings deep experience and expertise in the “boots on the ground” aspect of improving the early childhood health system.
